District 2 is having a Planning and Social session at the Friendship Community Center Thursday evening, April 19th from 6 to 9 pm. The purpose is to revitalize our Hunter Safety organization in the region. Be there or be square!

"I would encourage the Calhoun, Talladega and Cleburne county instructors especially to attend. I will try to do something later in the year for the outlying areas. I really would like to focus of building a strong team of dedicated instructors to be utilized in this area!"

Easy Directions...
The Friendship Community Center is located at 2930 Friendship Rd in Oxford, Alabama. The easiest way to get there is from the Eastern Bypass, (Target, Home Depot, etc.) ( I-20 Exit 188) go south about a mile or so to blinking light, turn right onto Friendship Rd and the community center is located on the left.
     Alternately, from 21S, turn at the Kangaroo Service station near Wal-mart. Go to dead end. Turn right onto Friendship Road (Behind Wal-Mart), cross 2 bridges, blow thru the stoplight at the lake and convenience store, and go about 1.5 miles to the blinking light. The Friendship Community Center is located on the right just before blinking light.
